Sea-Watch 3, a vessel of Germany-based aid group Sea-Watch, rescues 32 migrants from Africa seeking asylum in Europe to escape poverty and violence back home in waters off the coast of Libya. The group had left Libya on a rubber dinghy one day earlier.
